Blue shell

One of the new additions to the DOMINANT CZ programs is the BlueShell line. In the final programs, it includes the possibility of nearly all our well‑known feather colors, with the main distinguishing feature being the shell color, which is light blue. It is the result of crossing the classic maternal parent populations of the Dominant programs with the original paternal line Dominant Greenshell, created from poultry lines bred from the South American Araucana breed, which, through domestication and subsequent selective breeding, stabilized the genetically determined blue eggshell color.
